BETSY FLEMING GRAY
FOUNDER & CEO

As The Social Bullpen’s Founder & CEO, Betsy loves partnering with businesses to help them achieve their goals by creating VALUE, not just activity. What does that mean? It means concentrating on the initiatives that bring value to your business, not just staying busy with activities that don’t bring value.
After spending more than a decade leading the marketing efforts of a regional accounting & consulting firm with several affiliates, Betsy understands what it takes to launch and grow existing businesses, and how to evaluate the latest tools to see what’s truly a fit. For her, it’s all about understanding each individual business, their budget and desired results, and then designing custom solutions to achieve their goals.
She enjoys a wide variety of marketing projects, but loves developing marketing and business development programs, creating and managing digital marketing strategies, and lead generation.
Betsy and her husband, Aarron, are avid baseball fans. She’s a fan of the NY Mets, and he is a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, which makes things interesting during the playoffs! When she’s not traveling to games, you can catch her at home or on the lake with her family and her three rescue pups.
Morgan, a Karns High School alum, earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Studies in May of 2018 from Lee University. She played four years of high school soccer and continued her soccer career in college.
She enjoys her time at The Social Bullpen because she is able to work on a variety of different projects. She also enjoys the opportunity to learn something new everyday, while perfecting her skills in graphic design. She loves working with clients and bringing her best work to them.
When she is outside of work, Morgan enjoys hiking, fostering dogs, and spending time with her family.

Drew, a Karns High School alum, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor in International Relations in May of 2018 from East Tennessee State University. He played baseball throughout high school and college, playing 2 years at Cleveland State Community College, and 2 years at ETSU.
His favorite aspects of marketing include social media, research and content planning. He takes pride in bringing the best possible work to his clients and never settles for “just fine.” Drew is also the pitching coach at Hardin Valley Academy.
When he is not working or coaching, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, movies, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and the New York Mets.

We believe in communicating openly, honestly, and frequently; responding to our clients whenever we're needed; and providing quality and valuable services. We believe that our clients deserve our best work every time.
We don't sweat the small stuff, but we do sweat the right stuff. We believe that a healthy work-life balance is key; that anyone can come up with the right idea; and that we should never stop learning new things. We believe in finding inspiration in our experiences, celebrating successes, and learning from failures.
Always deliver value and excellent service. We design solutions to achieve the best results.
Big League ideas don't have to come with a big price tag. We provide a custom, cost-effective solution for your marketing needs.
Each new challenge will bring something unique to learn. We find innovative ways to produce remarkable results.
Be passionate, empathetic, determined, and humble. Exhibit patience and grace. We work to build a positive team that is more like family.
Be true to your word. We do what we say we’ll do, when we say we’ll do it.
Be adaptable to changes, whether in circumstances or projects. We choke up on the bat when needed, and cover the bag when a teammate goes out for a fly ball. We teach each other, learn from each other, and depend on each other.
